Shipment processing time

All orders aim to be processed and shipped within 6 working days of the order being accepted by the merchant, however it is normally much quicker. 

Please note that personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make and this means a longer shipping period.  If you would like more information in relation to the specific shipping of a product you have ordered, please contact the merchant to discuss this. 

If for any reason there are additional delays due to high volume of orders etc. this will be communicated if known prior to order or by email if post order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive confirmation of shipping at the point the merchant has posted the product to you. This should be received direct to the email address supplied at the time the order was placed. 

Depending on the merchant you have placed your order with, tracking information may or may not be available and will be supplied with the confirmation of shipping if available. 

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping on our consumer gifts at this time. If your order is for business, get in touch and we can talk about which of our international shipping solutions is right for your business. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

needi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

needi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
